User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any personal data the Adairsville Legacy Club holds about you — including account information, membership records, and data we received via the Facebook Login or Facebook Page integration.

How to request deletion

  1. Email andrew@adairsvillelegacy.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the message body, confirm your full name and (if applicable) your Facebook user ID or the email used to sign in. Tell us what you'd like removed: the entire account, specific records, or Facebook-sourced data only.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  • We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done.
  • Some records (e.g., payment transaction history) may be retained where required by law or accounting obligations; we'll let you know if so.

Facebook-specific notes

If you signed in via Facebook or interacted with the Adairsville Legacy Facebook page, you can also remove our app's access at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Removing access there will not delete data we already stored — to delete that, email us using the steps above.
